Postpartum Support Groups
The early days of motherhood can be filled with joy, exhaustion, and everything in between. Our postpartum support groups provide a safe, facilitated space where you can connect with other mothers who truly understand what you’re going through. These groups blend education, emotional support, and community, offering a place where you can share your experiences, learn practical coping strategies, and find reassurance in the company of others.
In these groups, you’ll find understanding and validation, along with practical tools for managing anxiety, improving self-care, and fostering a healthy bond with your baby. The dynamics of group therapy allow for shared experiences that can be both healing and empowering, providing the kind of community support that so many new mothers crave. In order to keep the group intimate, this group is currently offered to moms who are up to 6 months postpartum and you are welcome to bring your baby. Groups are held in our “Gathering Space”, a room which welcomes all stories, provides yoga mats and a peaceful environment for you to take an hour for yourself. Here you’ll discover that you’re never alone in your journey.
